Orders and pricing

Prices are in USD and may change. Quantities are limited. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.

We may cancel orders we cannot fulfil and issue a full refund to the original payment method via Stripe.

Pre-sale drops

Pre-sale orders are charged when you order and ship after the roast date shown on the drop. Email hello@bondedcoffee.co any time before roasting to cancel for a full refund. After roasting, our normal Refunds & Returns policy applies. If we cannot roast or fulfil a pre-sale order, we issue a full refund.

Shipping and refunds

We roast to order and ship within 2–3 business days of roast to all 50 US states via USPS or UPS. We do not ship internationally. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Coffee is perishable, so we do not accept opened or unopened bag returns. We offer refunds or replacements for damaged, lost, or wrong orders reported within 14 days of delivery, or expected delivery for lost orders. See our Refunds & Returns policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Governing law and venue

West Virginia law governs these terms. Venue for disputes is Hardy County, West Virginia, subject to applicable law. Please email us first so we can try to resolve an issue.
