What we collect and why

We collect your name, email, shipping address, and order details to process and deliver orders and provide support. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

We use email for order updates and, if you join, waitlist and drop announcements. You can unsubscribe from announcements any time.

We also receive messages and tasting feedback you submit, optional phone numbers provided at checkout, and basic server logs used for security and site operation.

Service providers

We share information as needed with Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Neon for our database, our email delivery provider, and USPS or UPS to deliver orders. Anthropic summarizes submitted tasting notes without your contact details. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and site storage

We use cookies and local storage only as needed for the cart, session, and site function. Stripe uses its own checkout cookies for payments and fraud prevention. We do not use ad tracking.

Data requests and retention

Email hello@bondedcoffee.co to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. We keep information as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations; those obligations may require us to retain some records.

Audience

Our site serves a US-only audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
