Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS or UPS. We do not ship internationally.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 2–3 business days of roast. We send a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Pre-sale drops

Pre-sale orders are charged when you order and ship after the roast date shown on the drop, within 2–3 business days of roast. Email hello@bondedcoffee.co any time before roasting to cancel for a full refund. After roasting, our normal Refunds & Returns policy applies. If we cannot roast or fulfil a pre-sale order, we issue a full refund.

Shipping costs and tax

Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.

Addresses and order problems

Please check your shipping address before paying. Email hello@bondedcoffee.co promptly if it needs correcting; we can update it before shipment.

For damaged or wrong orders, contact us within 14 days of delivery. For lost orders, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery. Include your order number; a photo is helpful for damage. We offer a refund or replacement under our Refunds & Returns policy.
